Yuri is a big fan of Russian food! He likes to cook himself and to share authentic Russian recipes with others. His favorite Russian dish is Siberian Pelmeni. |  | Elina Glazer, Russian Cuisine Tour Guide, is a native of Russia. After serveing in Israeli Army Rima came to Boston area and for 14 years has taught Hebrew and Jewish culture in the Hebrew school in a Reform Temple. Rima enjoys cooking Israeli food in her free time. |  | | Anna Cherkasskaya, Jewish Cuisine Tour Guide, is a passionate cook and an expert in wines from various World regions. Anna is interested in the history of Jewish and Ukrainian food. Anna holds Master Degree in Biology and fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian in both talking and singing. |  | | Igor Gorlach, Ahla Tour Guide, (on Sabbatical Leave to Argentina) is another product of Russia, Israel, and the US. His uncanny penchant for quality homemade food has translated into various jobs throughout the years, including a cake decorator and a donut quality control supervisor. Law student by day, Igor enjoys sharing travel experiences and learning from others. |  | Iris Naimark, Ahla Tour Food & Office Assistant.
